Guangxi’s First High‑Speed Rail Intelligent Production Line Ships to Russia

According to the Guangxi Channel of People's Daily Online, a fleet of trucks has departed from the Guangtou (Liu Zhou) Digital Intelligence Innovation Center, carrying a high-speed rail slab intelligent assembly line developed and manufactured by Guangxi Strict Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., bound for Russia to support local high-speed railway construction. This marks the first time a Guangxi industrial robot enterprise has participated in an overseas high‑speed rail project with complete intelligent equipment, representing a major breakthrough in the “going global” drive of Guangxi’s high‑end equipment manufacturing and intelligent robotics sectors.

The fully integrated production line centres on highly flexible six‑axis industrial robots, incorporating automated cleaning, intelligent spraying and precision pre‑embedded assembly modules. It replaces traditional manual operations with full‑process automation for rail slab manufacturing, demonstrating proven capability for large‑scale international deployment.

The “Guangxi‑integrated” system, which combines robotics, automatic control and specialised engineering know‑how, will serve Russia and target broader global markets.

This advanced manufacturing export is rooted in Liuzhou’s strong industrial heritage and Guangtou Group’s targeted industrial cultivation. As a key industrial hub, Liuzhou offers diverse operational environments ideal for robotic technology refinement and real‑world validation.

Since 2025, Guangtou Group has collaborated closely with Liuzhou municipal authorities to convert industrial scenarios into a robust development ecosystem for robotics. An innovative model of “funds + scenarios + industrial parks + leading enterprises” has been established, granting access to operational production lines in energy and aluminium sectors for technical testing and upgrades.

This approach enables enterprises to achieve rapid development, with operations starting, production launched and products rolled out within a single year.

At present, nine leading artificial intelligence and robotics enterprises operate from the innovation centre, forming a complete industrial ecosystem spanning research, testing, production and market application.
