Aligned with national strategies, the enterprise develops and implements its 15th Five‑Year development framework, prioritising the roll‑out of renewable capacity including new‑energy and hydropower assets. Large‑scale base‑oriented projects in desert‑gobi‑wilderness zones, integrated hydro‑wind‑solar complexes and offshore wind installations move forward at pace to advance low‑carbon transition.

The Tongnan gas‑turbine project in Chongqing has completed dual‑unit commissioning. All second‑batch national large‑scale new‑energy base projects have reached completion. Construction gathers momentum on the Tengger Desert desert‑gobi‑wilderness new‑energy base in Gansu and the Jinshang hydro‑wind‑solar integrated complex.
