The agreement was signed by Mario Boselli, President of ICCF, and Lorenzo Riccardi, Chairman of CCIC, formalizing their shared commitment to strengthening strategic collaboration between the two organizations.

The Memorandum represents a significant milestone in reinforcing bilateral relations and will foster the development of new economic, institutional, cultural, and academic opportunities between Italy, China, and Europe.

ICCF and CCIC have long collaborated on strategic initiatives aimed at supporting businesses and promoting Italy–China dialogue. Through this Memorandum of Understanding, they acknowledge the value of structured and continuous cooperation in order to enhance the impact of their respective activities.

Particular attention will be devoted to cooperation within the framework of the European project EU SME Centre, the development of editorial and research activities — including ICCF’s journal Mondo Cinese, which may be further enriched through contributions from CCIC — and the joint organization of training and institutional events, as well as mutual support in the individual activities of both organizations.

“This agreement represents an important step in strengthening our relationship in support of the Italian system,” said Mario Boselli, President of ICCF. “The mission of ICCF is to support the business activities of Italian and Chinese companies, in collaboration with national and international organizations. The Memorandum signed today moves in this direction: it will facilitate collaboration between the two networks, generate new synergies, and further intensify economic and cultural exchanges along the Italy–China axis, opening additional development prospects for the business communities of both countries.”

“We are pleased to formalize this collaboration,” commented Lorenzo Riccardi, Chairman of CCIC. “This agreement will allow us to connect our business communities in a more structured way, facilitating the exchange of information and creating stronger ties between Italian and Chinese companies seeking to seize new opportunities in their respective markets. It is in the interest of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China to promote bilateral economic relations and expand support for businesses.”
